Good News!
Uganda Martyrs Polytechnic School(UMPS) has now made the application process easier, faster and less costly for prospective students. You can now choose any of the four available options below to access, fill-in and submit your Application Form.

Due to challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, we strongly urge you to use any one of our online application processes to seek admission. This reduces the health risks associated with physical contact, and also cuts out the cost of transport for picking and returning the application form physically.

Option 1:
Physically pick an Application Form from the office of the Secretary, Uganda Martyrs Polytechnic School, located at Aminit - Soroti, 2.5 km on Soroti-Mbale Rd. The Application Form costs UGX 20,000 (for Skills courses), UGX 30,000 (for Community Polytechnic and National Certificate courses) and UGX 50,000 (for National Diploma courses). After filling in the form, you will be expected to physically submit it to the same office, along with the other admission requirements (listed at the bottom, below).

Option 2:
Download the Application Form from UMPS website. Print and fill in the form. Submit the filled-in form physically to UMPS, together with the other admission requirements, plus the application fee stipulated in Option 1, above.

Option 3:
Download the Application Form from UMPS website. Print and fill in the form. Download and print UMPS bank slip. Use the printed bank slip to pay the application fee stipulated in Option 1 above to UMPS Bank account with these details:

A/C Name: Uganda Martyrs Polytechnic School.
A/C No: 3100027724.
Bank. Centenary Bank Soroti Branch.
Make this payment to any nearby Centenary Bank or Agent.
Scan the filled-in application form and paid-up bank slip, as well as the other admission requirements and E-mail them all to

Option 4:
Fill in the UMPS on-line Application Form and, after scanning and uploading all the other admission requirements in the fields provided within the form, click the Submit button to submit the form. Alternatively, if you find difficulty in scanning and uploading your required documents to the on-line application form, you can complete and submit the on-line form alone, then scan and E-mail the paid up bank slip and the other required copies of your personal documents to or send them as WhatsApp attachments to +256 789 702376.

UMPS Admission Committee will get back to you through the contacts you indicate in the Application Form.

Admission Requirements:
1. Properly and completely filled-in Application Form.
2. Photocopy of paid-up bank slip for application fee.
3. Photocopy of national ID and/or ID from previous school.
4. Photocopies of your academic certificates or results slips.
5. Recommendation from your previous school.

Note: No Application Form will be processed without evidence of payment of the application fee.
